Baby Ban in First Class?

I'll admit it, I've never flown first class. But, if I ever get the chance, I would be darn pissed if I had to sit next to a baby. Even if they don't cry, they smell. I'm sure my attitude will change if and when I ever have a little bundle of joy of my own, but for now, I would prefer my imaginary first class cabin, poo and crying-free.
