Wondering about vaccines but dont want to wade through CDC?

Hello all you fellow travel lovers, thrill seekers, dreamers, and explores. My husband and I are planning our trip around the world (begin in February 2010). We have started a blog to document our journey along with info that may help fellow travelers. Since we haven’t left yet our blog mostly includes all of the boring stuff like visas and vaccines.

I thought it may be helpful for some to see what is suggested by the CDC in a less overwhelming format than the official government website.

*Special Note: I was informed by a physician that it is actually less expensive to go to the Health Department to get the shots, than it is to go to a doctor (even when you are insured). Turns out this is very true! Look us your local communicable diseases health department, go there, save some extra cash for your travels.
