@ Anne-Sophie Redisch I am not an SEO expert by any stretch. However, I have purchased all kinds of analytics software and spoken to several experts who have explained that the Alexa ranking plays a large role in your website popularity. It is also one of the major things advertisers look at when you want to get paid banners etc.

The lower the number the better your rank. The major drawback with Alexa is that only people with the Alexa toolbar count as page views. This is why reviews play a major role in improving your rank.

Your Alexa URL is http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/yourblog.com#

If you go to that URL you will see your rank and information about your site. It is also where reviews can be written.

Don't know much about Alexa (except that it's my oldest daughter's name :)
Happy to review and all that, but could use a quick how-to. Anyone up for it?
