Oh definitely keep it to the 28th for now as it's an agreed date already. Just worth noting for future reference :)

Dang.Arriving in Manchester on 28th Aug from Ethiopia for 3 weeks in UK.Shame to miss the chance to meet up.

Just to let you know we're also having a mid-week meetup on Wednesday 4th August for any travel bloggers in London. The venue has yet to be confirmed but is likely to be around London Bridge as it's easy to get to by train for most people.

I have blogged for an expedition earlier this year (www.50in50.co.uk) and in the process of setting up my own adventure site. Not a travel blogger by profession but would like to meet up on 28th to swap ideas and meet a few people. Trust OK.
