East, West, North, South, or Central: What's your favourite part of Canada?

My sister is taking school in Nova Scotia, been out there a few times visiting. Easy to understand why they named it Nova Scotia (Latin for New Scotland) Everythings green, plenty of rocks and harsh coastlines. Old buildings, lots of history, SUPERB food, highly reccommend checking out NS.

On the other end I'd definitely consider Vancouver Island. Beautiful area as well. Lots of stuff to do, and lots of hostels and campgrounds in the area, so it's easy to find accommodation. Hard to say what my favourite part of Canada is. I love anywhere with a good view of water or mountains, being that i'm from the flatlands of Canada. It's a little easier on your eyes when there's something besides the next field of barley or flax to look at. lol. But Saskatchewan is beautiful in it's own way too.

Although I live in the west, I was born in the east, so I would have to say Newfoundland all the way baby!  I wrote an article on January 1st about starting the New Year in the easternmost point in North America...

I was born just outside of Toronto, currently living in Ottawa, but my family comes from Newfoundland and I loved seeing it! Other than that I have only been to one part of Alberta..... Its a shame, ill be travelling south America this summer, but I haven't even seen all of Canada. Will definitely have to do it soon!
