Looking for Paid High Rank Links from Travel Blogs

We have a client who is interested to buy links from travel related blogs. The link needs to be permanent and on homepage preferable as a blogroll link. Please send your website address, the exact tab where you the link will be placed, your preferred method to receive payments and the amount in dollars/pounds that you will be charging. Please keep in mind that initially the company is reluctant to spend too much on link building but as soon as the links will start bringing traffic the company will be willing to pay more.
