Hi there,

New to blogging. Here's a little thing I wrote re: finding travel deals.

Turks & Caicos is not typically 'on sale' - but the general slow down in travel and relatively speaking high airfares to this destination has forced some really nice boutique luxury resorts to put on some really great offers - www.discovertci.tc - living here in the islands makes it easier to sell travel though, that's for sure (and oh yeah - the beach is wick!)

Hi Tanya, We don't have a lot of info on Asia but if you're looking for cheap hotels that are decent then you might find our article on The World’s Cheapest Hotels Worth Staying In interesting. It would also be great to ehre if any of you guys have any good recommendations for really cheap hotels around the world.

We used http://www.eurocheapo.com/ extensively in our trip planning for Italy at Christmas and not just for the accommodation I found their blog pages helpful too. It was great to find the accommodation exactly as described on the site- no nasty surprises- we had fantastic time. I'll use them again when we next head north to Europe. I'd love a '...cheapo' site for Asia too- just because you want affordable doesnt mean you'll settle for 'yuck'!

Hi guys
We've just started our own travel site after finding it hard to get good deals on hotels on some of our travels - hotels-fairy.com
We're just starting out on the blog. At the moment its fairly factual with articles to support the main site, but hopefully we'll be off travelling again soon and can blog more about our personal experiences.

Imagine how many people ask hotels for the cheapest rate and then say "thank you I will think about it".
How frustrating is that to a hotel?. Do you think any hotels take those requests seriously? - Not many!

So make a bid on your favourite room and find out. There is no harm in trying and you could surprise yourself.

Everyone is a winner at www.MyRoombid.com!

Is it possible to travel cheap in Europe? Yes, but it ain't easy! Read about two Baby Boomers Traveling through Portugal and Spain at www.dorisgallan.com

Would love to hear your suggestions on deals in Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Turkey. It could make our trip cheaper and longer. Even hostels are expensive here!
