It does thank you Renee - silly question but how do you create a fan page? I realizethat all NB does is post up my blog posts.

Jackie,
I have a networked blog too....I don't think it's as beneficial as having your own separate facebook fan page. Networked blogs are more a function of FB...works kinda like a middleman...why not have your own presence too? NB is a great way to get more exposure, but the fan page is more of a primary tool for a blogger. Hope that makes sense.

I have two Facebook pages: a personal one for friends and family and a 'business/professional' one relating to the book I'm writing. I want to keep the two separate as I don't necessarily want friends' and family antics appearing on my work FB.

Im curious why everyone has fan pages or friend pages vs. being a networked blog on Facebook. is there a benefit one over the other? I have the latter but just didnt know any better..anyone have any thoughts?
