Anything. Anything at all. From the horchata you had in Mexico last year to the stuff you saw being sold on the street yesterday. What are you craving? We won't judge you if it's 2am and all you can think about is ribs.

Me? I'd sell my mom for a cupcake right now. One from Crumbs NYC. Yellow. Chocolate frosting. CUPCAKE!

You?

I would love a truly authentic spicy Thai meal, but only IN THAILAND, at an outdoor restaurant at the beach. Ambience is half the deal!

Okay, so I am picky!

Anything Polynesian in Hawaii! I just think about kalua pig and start salivating! Now that you brought this up (thanks a lot) I'll have to nail myself to my chair to keep from renting a Hawaiian timeshare and heading over there Right Now!
Any meal in Italy!
A chocolate chip cookie, still warm from the oven, with a small scoop of old fashioned vanilla ice cream... oooh, and maybe a special coffee with bailey's in it, or a glass of beer.... I have none of these things in my home at the moment, so thanks for the torture :)

Now that you've asked all I can think about is really good thin crust New York style pizza that I can just fold up and shove in my mouth - full of cheese and pepperoni and mushrooms. Mmm... Not so easy to find here in Taiwan.

Any kind of pancakes or french toast from Bongo Room in Chicago. Wow. I just made myself really hungry.

HOLD THE PRESSES, GUYS! I just got back into Dublin today and found free cupcakes at the Molton Brown in City Centre. So my cupcake jones is partially sated. Now what do I want? Probably a cigarette after the cupcake....
freshly fried plantain chips from the street vendors in Accra, Ghana
Kalamari. Fresh. On the beach. The beach of a Greek island. With fingers greasy with olive oil and lips tangy with lemon-juice. And a big crusty piece of bread to chase the last of the olive oil around my plate with. Yes. That.
Seafood................Nova Scotia seafood at a restaurant overlooking a beautiful bay on the North Atlantic. No other restaurant will do. Start with seafood chowder with homemade rolls. Next would be a plate a seafood that would include scallops, clams, haddock and whatever else might be in the kitchen. If we had room for dessert it would be homemade apple crumble with ice cream. :):)
A huge plate of tiger prawns gently cooked in an olive oil, garlic and chill sauce at the Fethiye fish market.
