Hello!  I'm a newbie in TBEX.  I thought I'd share a page from my blog with multiple posts on our Tokyo trip last summer.   I'm posting from a different perspective since we were traveling with school age kids.  Most of it was in Tokyo but also a couple of day trips to Kamakura and Hakone.  Thanks for reading.

I was reading Chinese News on Yahoo, and they reported today (10/13) that Kyoda News (Japanese report) mentioned Tokyo's Setagayaku District (southwest in Tokyo) has been detected high level of radiation. ( I will hold off on saying how high the radiation is because it was an initial testing)

 

Government has shut down that district completely and will be doing more radiation testings just in case. If you are traveling to Japan, please avoid that district area for now.
