Travel Blog Exchange

Hi blogging newbies.

I'm the co founder of a website called Travel With a Mate which is a community site based on the talents of a great team of travel bloggers just like yourselves.

Our contributors blog on our site giving advice and real world experiences to our readers. In return we help promote their travel blogs and work with them to increase their exposure on the internet.

We're looking for more guest bloggers so would like to invite you to join us. Guest blogging is a great way to get your travel writing in front of a wider audience, get more clicks to your own site from readers and also improve your google ranking with links back to your site.

We even promote your twitter account on every blog and have a top contributors page where the more you blog with us the higher up the page you go!

If you'd be interested in blogging on any aspect of travel (all suggestions welcome) we'd love to hear from you. Just message me on TBEX for more information and we can set you up with a contributor account right away.

I look forward to hearing from you and if you have any questions just ask!

Cheers!

Hi Matt

Definitely up for this. I write about train travel, slow travel, indie travel, trip planning and that sort of thing, but can turn my hand to most travel topics if needed. Mine is at http://joolsstone.wordpress.com

Thanks
Jools
Hey Matt -

I'm interesting in contributing with some posts on your blog. I have my blog http://www.globotreks.com that is focused on backpacking and independent travel. I can share some of my travel experiences and some advice on backpacking and destinations.

If interested, message me here on TBEX or at norbert(at)globotreks(dot)com.

Cheers!
Norbert
Hey Matt,

Would be interested to do so but will you give me one back in return? Lets say about a place on your recent trip to Borneo? Or you suggest please as my site focuses around Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

I'd be interested - please visit www.here-there-be-dragons.com to get a sense of my work. If something strikes your interest, send me an e-mail at ryan.aldred@gmail.com.

Matt - We'd be interested in posting an article on Paris if you need it. We do a lot of discussion of traveling with mate (ie girlfriend travel) - and Paris is the perfect town to do so.
We have approx. 8 writers on the ground in Paris.

Hi Doni

My blog looks at train travel and unsurprisingly Paris features a bit. Recently I posted about taking the orient express to Paris. If you want to guest post there, you'd be welcome also.

Cheers

My life is all about travel, sharing my year between France and New Zealand - one way to get as much summer as possible. I have an existing base of travellers who'd be thrilled to share in your "community" blog site. If you want to get a dose of France or even read about some famous All Blacks there visit http://thefrenchway.wordpress.com. Cheers, John.
Matt,

I would be very happy to make a guest contribution. My blog is entitled otherguysdime.wordpress.com, and its purpose is to show professionals with useful skills how to live and work overseas for periods of time ranging from 1-6 months. There are lots of blogs out there about people who sell the house and car, kiss friends and family good-bye, and head out to Borneo, Bali, or Bhutan for years. While fun to read, for most of us this is a totally unrealistic option. However, you can reap many of the cultural and personal benefits of overseas life in a shorter time and, best of all, when you are done return to your house, family, job, and regular paycheck. My wife and I have done this 15 times--Australia to Zimbabwe, Mauritius to Mongolia, Turkey to Tibet. The blog teaches other people how to do the same thing. Please check it out and if you are interested in a guest post I would be more than happy to send you one.
