Who is going to TBEX'12 ?

Hey guys and gals,

Just want to see who is going to TBEX'12 this year at Keystone!

I just figured out my schedule, so looks like I am going this year ^^ See you guys there.

Sounds like a great opportunity to connect Jeremy. We are doing something very similar in a condo near the conference center where a bunch of Colorado bloggers/social media women are all bunking up, packing it in. We'll have to mix the two groups together. It's so nice to connect to people early on at conferences such as these for time flies very fast.

Anybody have their plans finalized yet? I would love to find someone to stay with to cut down the cost of lodging. Anybody have any extra space or want to share a room?

I'm hoping to carpool to the conference. I'm willing to drive, but I'll be leaving from the Boulder area. I noticed a couple other folks from Boulder are going to the conference, so drop me a line if you'd like to share a ride. I'm willing to drive but think carpooling would be the good "citizen of the earth" thing to do.

I might be willing to carpool from Boulder...I get a holiday inn employee discount for rooms, and it is a lot more likely that I would be able to find a room with my discount there. If my plans firm up, I will let you know!

Thanks for the reply Shanna. I'll probably be driving up to Keystone, from Boulder, on either Friday or Saturday morning, then staying overnight for either one or two nights. Keep me posted when you know more about your plans.

It's so good to connect with all of you online before we connect offline.

I am a Freelance travel writer with a blog, http://aspenreallife.com, where you can find all sorts of fun and interesting stories and interviews depicting the local color and adventurous travel around Colorado. I am known to travel with three rambunctious free-styling boys and a mountain man of a husband and when I am not with them I am doing my best to write about getaway weekends with friends.

I wanted to mention that I went to BlogHer in NYC three years ago, about six months after my blog was born and although I got a lot out of it, it was completely overwhelming. I felt as though I was the only one who came alone.

I found that it was during the after parties where I really had the chance to network and connect. I also wished that I had done more of my connecting online, pre-BlogHer.

Hi all, my husband and I are going to be going for the first time and we're excited to meet many of you! We'll be staying with a friend in Denver beforehand and would love to carpool from there, we're planning to rent a car for the weekend. See you then!

I got my Keystone lodging squared away yesterday and are now planning out the days leading up to the conference.

Thrilled to see the activity in all corners of the web about the venue and also nice to see the schedule taking shape.

I'm traveling from quite a distance (Denmark) to participate and find it a little difficult to keep track of who is going, where they are from and what their main travel topic is etc.

Just decided I needed to go to TBEX and hoping to do a little networking before the event. Excited to go although I have no idea what I'm getting myself into. :) If you have any suggestions or advice, I am open to anything at this point. I'm still looking for (cheap) lodging as well, so if anyone is looking for a place let me know. I have already rented a car so I can provide transportation. Hoping to find a group of 2+ people to spend less than $40/night per person on lodging.
