I love towel animals! It's one of my favorite parts of cruising. Except I don't always know what kind of creature our stateroom steward has tried to depict. Anyone else encountered that? This post includes pics and vids of both some of the very awesome and very mysterious ones.

Is it a ghost town? Half the town is in ruins and almost all business is gone, yet there are still 65 hardy souls that live here, along with a saloon and gift shop. Come along with The World on Wheels as we visit the Gold Rush...ghost town?...of Hornitos, California. Brand new report with pics and video: http://tinyurl.com/buuh6az

We'll happily be wined and dined, but you'll still find us enjoying the local Street Food. Like these in Cairo.

Upcoming Travel Plans: El Salvador and Honduras.  Next week, I will be embarking in my new adventure.  Any tips on what to eat, where to stay or what to do?
