Comment by Darryl Musick on Monday Udall Point...this little rocky outcropping at the extreme eastern end of St. Croix is where the sun's rays first hit the United States each day. There's even a large, new-ageish monument to this effect there. We start today's brand-new report at The World on Wheels there before heading off for drinks and posing with the Captain and then hitting the warm waters of the Caribbean...Far Flung Points, Posers, and All the Beaches Inbetween.

Comment by Courtney Mroch on Monday Hey all! Last week a production company putting together a new show about haunted vacations contacted me. I of course have a story to tell, but if you happen to have one also and want to possibly get some TV exposure for your traveling/blog, check out my post about the type of first person account they're looking for and where to submit: Wanted: Haunted Vacation Ghost Stories for New TV Show

Comment by Darryl Musick on May 12, 2013 at 9:53am This week's all-new Cocktail Hour is an island-wide pub crawl of sorts as we suss out all the unique opportunities for libations on the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Today at The World on Wheels...filmed on location...it's the Drinking Tour of St. Croix.

Comment by Darryl Musick on May 10, 2013 at 9:47am What will we find on the largest of the Virgin Islands? We start off with the (soon to be) world famous chicken eating tarpon of St. Croix, a dive operator who doesn't really get the idea of truth in advertising, and then the charming story of Junie and the Jungle...a father and son steel drum band that has some tales to tell. It's all brand new, with photos and video, today at The World on Wheels: Crashes, Feeding Frenzies, Disappointments, and Triumphs on St. Croix
