Can you please explain how Stumble Upon works?

StumbleUpon works little differently from other search engines like Google, Bing.

First create an account with StumbleUpon and then submit your site to StumbleUpon, you can even submit each and every articles of yours from the site, Now StumbleUpon will mark it as your favorite, and then write a review about your site, make it snappy and good,   

Second step starting inviting your friends from facebook and twitter to your StumbleUpon, and share your website with your friends, That's all we can do.

What happens next is in the hands of the stumblers, if your site is really good, then stumblers will give Thumbs up to your site or post a review to your site,

When your site get lots of reviews and thumbs up, then Stumbleupon stream engine will present your site to everyone. This way your site can get even 100k visitors a day, 

Please note you cant create multiple accounts to post reviews or give thumbs up, and don't share your site with people who is not interested in travel blogs, because they may give thumbs down, if you get thumbs down from lots of stumblers then StumbleUpon may remove your site from their engine. 

Another way to do is try to make lots of friends through StumbleUpon who has interest in travel and blogs, and then share your site with them, You may get more thumbs up this way.  

 

Its really simple but you have to put long hours for doing all this stuff, once your site reviewed by more than 50 stumblers then sky is the limit.
