Question: are you supposed to Stumble your own articles?

I Stumble mine. I'm not sure if I should or not, and I don't Stumble everything, but I usually Thumbs Up it and then share with some SU friends I've made. I stumble mine sometimes, but try to have others do it first (discover) and then thumbs up it after that.

I do from time to time, but it seems that they get more traction if someone else Stumbles them!
