I travel about seven months out of the year for my job, which takes me to a variety of places...in the last year or so, that has included Iceland, Maldives, Singapore, Australia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Barbados, Bahamas, Guatemala, Brazil, Honduras, Germany, Italy, Canada, etc. Next up: Cook Islands and New Zealand!

When home, I write the various Frommer's California guides, so you'll find me blogging a lot about my lovely state, as well a Tennessee, where I lived the first 20 years of my life.
