Travel BlogCamp 2009
Such was the success of Travel BlogCamp 2008, I thought, what the hell, let's have another, Travel BlogCamp, so, whilst it is only January, I am in the process of putting some ideas together for this years social event during the World Travel Market in London.
Date is confirmed as 10 November, Tuesday.

Are you getting confused with the World Travel Market? The Travel Blogcamp is an evening event held during WTM. The 100 places were taken pretty quickly, and I expect it'll be the same this year, so keep a look out

Apparently there's this Google audio indexing product in development (GAUDI) that will allow people to search videos for spoken terms though, so probably best not to ignore video entirely!
Would love to chat with you about tips for getting press credentialed. Don't know how difficult they make it (TIA can be difficult, I'm told, although I didn't have a problem -- they were quite nice about it).
It's sound like a good excuse (not that I really need one) to visit London in the fall!
