I run a blog out here in Xinjiang called Far West China where I've tried to play the food critic every once in a while. Nothing like what you have but at least the Xinjiang food is great. For an example, check out this review of a dish we call "pollo".

I don't see any category for Xinjiang foods on your site. Have you ever been out here?
