- Destinations can be anywhere that good fortune may take me... My interests range from riding my Harley on the back country roads of the Blue Ridge Parkway and sky diving over the Tobacco Road, to fine dining with my wife before a Brodway Musical in Times Square or laying in the sand on an Outer Banks beach with a ice cold "Hefeweizen" in my hand... Or sneaking off on a cruise to a tropical island in the Bahamas. You may even find me conspiring to plan a trip to a neighborhood reunion back in my home town of Vallejo, Ca.
Two things are a certainty, all of my interests will always involve a camera and a insatiable need to share them, and none of them involve work!!

Thanks so much for contacting me. Well, I've just had a brief read of your blog and I must say I am intrigued by your writing. It's different from most of what's out there; thoughtful and full of raw emotion. I liked it a lot. What do I do now?
Day 2 (reflections from day 1) -- 2/21/2013 - One day (2/20) after being informed that my company will cease operations in Roxboro, NC... The result, I will be unemployed (after 22 years of service) May 31st (or shortly thereafter.) -- Rather than wallow in despair, I would rather count this as a blessing and journal my thoughts and actions as I am anxious to see how God leads me through this!!
