Wow seems like you do a whole lot of traveling! I've been to several of these places but my all time favorite would have to be Santa Barbara. Such a gorgeous city and there is so much to do there. I was just there and had a blast kayaking and hiking! We stayed at the Sandman Inn (www.thesandmaninn.com). So affordable and very quaint and cozy as well.
