Christmas in France

Do you also find that the lead up to Christmas Day becomes crazy? I think that the situation in the Southern Hemisphere is far worse - not only do they have the risk of getting sunburnt, but everything happens at once. I think that Christmas is "designed" for those in Europe. How much different is it in France?

Yes it's a very time consuming business this blog promotion isn't it! I'm lucky to have plenty of time just now, being off work long term. I think you're right about people finding you eventually just on strength of your content, long tail searches n all that. I also find that if the longer the gap between posts the more the numbers dip. I prob obsess over these things too much. Twitter is good fun though, handy for networking. I'm doing all this stuff partly to improve my freelance journalism, hopefully to get more travel commissions. Do you know Michael and Marlys from the easyhiker blog? Fellow Paris dwellers and just such lovely, helpful people.
