Hi Kim,

How can I stop receiving email notifications when someone joins one of my groups? I stopped following discussions on 2 of my groups to reduce the deluge but there's no way to stop the notices when people join groups. I'll have to leave these groups if the notices don't stop- it's too much email.

Hi Kim!

Thanks for the recording advise! I think what we need to do is a few 'practice' movies just to get comfortable in front of the camera and to see what it looks like when you go to edit it. I find that when I'm shooting it seems like I have everything I will need until later on when editing I want to kick myself because some obvious and critical thing is missing :) I guess practice makes perfect.

Hi Kim- Would love to come to the TBEX conference, and congrats on the initiative, but unfortunately (or indeed fortunately) I shall be gallivanting around Brazil checking out beautiful new pousadas (places to stay) for www.hiddenpousadasbrazil.com Next stop Amazon lodges, then off to a few deserted beaches in Bahia, finishing in the mountains near Rio. Hi Kim, need your advice please. The TBEX '09 conference looks great, just wondering if I'd feel lost. I've been working in the travel industry for 25 years (with lots of good, rich content to write), but I'm new to blogging. Will the technical aspects be over my head? Looks like the topics are fairly general and not too technical. Would I fit your target audience? I am not attending the BlogHer conference, but I'd love to road trip in from Minnesota, make it a long weekend with my kids, and attend your conference on Sunday. Thanks in advance for your advice.

that is interesting about vimeos 3000-5000 kbits/sec. No wonder the vids on vimeo look so great. I use 2000 kbits/sec on youtube and find it gives a nice mix between quality and file size. I always deinterlace online videos also youtube.com/overla…
