My blog is a bilingual blog, eBlog for post in English and iBlog for posts in Indonesian Languange. Currently I live in the Middle East or exactly in Bahrain, as an expat. I've been planning to travel around the region but haven't manage quite yet. I travel to other places in the world instead and once a year travel back home to Indonesia

Thanks Nina. Congratulations on your engagement! Fate takes us on many amazing adventures. There's none better than marriage's journey. By the way, great photography.
Thank you for adding me as a friend. I tried to post a comment on your post "Losing Independence" I just wanted to say congratulations on your new phase in life.
You have amazing photos on flickr I added you as a contact it was very interesting to see how you view the subject photographed. I will be learning from you. Nice to meet you :)
Hi Nina,
I like your post about losing independence, but the blog doesn't seem to let me leave a comment. Any case, I felt the same way when I got married. I was a professional, had my own friends and life and interests. I was really happy with my situation as a single person! But being married has been another wonderful experience. You will be glad you did... independence is good, but cooperating as a team is so satisfying too.
I think it is never too soon to start networking!
I really want to go to the TBEX 12 conference to get some fresh ideas in content creation, promotion and other related to my travel blogging!
Right now I'm trying to find some live groups in DC…
It's never too soon to start networking and building your relationships with other travel bloggers, editors, etc., Shanna. Attending conferences is one way to do that. That said, some conferences are better than others. I'll have to let…
I have a 2 month old travel blog that I have been working very hard to establish. What I am trying to figure out is how soon is too soon to start attending travel events and conferences? Will it be a boost to my blog at this point, or will it be a relative waste of time? Is it too soon to start networking and making contacts? What do you think?Have any of you attended any conferences or events, and what was your experience? Thanks so much for your input,Shanna…See More
