There…See More

Would you like a 'Recommended Reading' element to places you blog about?

I don't need to sell the joy of travel to anyone in this network, but I would like to suggest that there is one thing that travelers can do to enhance their journeys - and that is to read books set in the places they are going to.There is just something about reading a novel which is set in the very city you are exploring that makes the whole experience extra special. You could be sitting in a bar in which the book's characters have just been to, you could be meandering down a street they have…See More

The Destination(s) You Blog About and/or Areas of Interest
I blog about all sorts of destinations - but I do it in a way that is related to novels. Or maybe it's the other way round. I blog about novels, but do it in a way that is related to destinations!

Packabook's aim is to enrich the experience of travel and world discovery through fiction and travel writing. As someone who loves BOTH books and travel, I wanted to bring those two love together. For me - if I have read a novel about a place, especially one which explores an aspect of its culture or history, then I feel I get to know that place a whole lot better.

At Packabook, we catagorise the books by location so it is easy to find something which is set in the place you are going.

If you would like a Recommended Reading element added to any of your blog posts where I write a paragraph or two on books people can read on the place you are talking about - then please be in touch. I'd be glad to help.
