So true thats why we became expats in the first place and our (now) third culture kids have thrived. We love being global citizens!
Enjoy New Zealand- where our passports say our 'home' is- we are headed to Italy for Christmas (where I see you'll be heading soon) backpacking (although the hostels turned out to be too expensive for us so we are staying in 2 star B and Bs instead) and using the trains. I look forward to reading more of your travels on you blog.
