A Big Pecan and Other Adventures in Seguin, Texas
To be honest, I didn't have a clear idea of what we would do during our afternoon in Seguin, Texas. I will admit, however, that I had read about the world's largest pecan. What can I say? I love the fun photo-ops for little E., even if they're kind of silly.

Going to Gruene
On Sunday evenings, most people are relaxing and getting ready for the week ahead. What were we doing at 7:00 on Sunday evening? We were loading the family into the car, so that we could drive 45 minutes to get ice cream.
