My name is Srinivas Rao. I'm the Editor in Chief of the Flightster Blog and the Director of Social Media for our online travel company. I'm blessed with one of the coolest duties in the world: finding and hiring travel bloggers to write for us and overseeing the overall direction of the blog.
My entry into blogging started with my persona development blog, The Skool of Life. It's a little over a year old and my life has completely changed for the better because of it. Another byproduct of my blog was the birth of BlogcastFM, a podcast I started to help people take their blog to the next level. I'm excited to connect with the community here at TBEX.

How soon is too soon to start attending conferences and events?
I have a 2 month old travel blog that I have been working very hard to establish. What I am trying to figure out is how soon is too soon to start attending travel events and conferences?Will it be a boost to my blog at this point, or will it be a relative waste of time?
