
As my regular readers know, I'm very soon to be embarking on long term travel. At the moment I have an active job, I'm playing ice hockey 1/2 times a week, cycling 10miles a day and regularly take part all manner of sports socially. So, when I'm spending hours sitting on trains and beaches, eating and drinking loads and removing all trace of routine from my life surely the only outcome that can result will be a rise in bodyweight to jabba the hut like proportions.
Keeping fit whilst travelling, without a gym or sports team to play in takes a little bit of work, so after some research - this is what I've found.
