We received many submissions that shared wonderful itineraries for small towns and big cities across the country. From the best breakfast spots, to gorgeous hiking trails and fabulous museums, the entries illustrated just how much excitement backyard vacations can offer.

Our panel of judges enjoyed reviewing the entries. It was difficult to pick just three winners, but after much review they selected the following posts:

Action JoJo – “Weekend in Queens in Pursuit of the American Dream”
My View from the Middle Seat – “A Weekend in DC…Through the Eyes of a Local”
The Wandering Bean – “The Beginner’s Guide to Charlottesville”

Congratulations to these winners who will each receive their own $500 Choice Hotels voucher, as well as a $500 voucher to give away on their blog. Cambria Suites will get in touch with each winner to coordinate prize distribution.
