Who Am I?

I'm transplanted Canadian who has been working, traveling, and taking photographs in Asia since late 2000. This adventure was supposed to be for a year. I'm into year nine. I love the overseas expat lifestyle.

Right now I'm based in Daejeon, South Korea. I teach university level English for seven months out of the year, and travel for the other five.

I have written, and continue to write a personal blog at multiply.com. The address is http://ladyexpat.multiply.com.
I have also recently started at travel blog called Budget Travelers Sandbox. The address is http://budgettravelerssandbox.com. This blog is still very much a work in progressive, and I am making changes and improvements to it on an almost daily basis. I am not a techie, so figuring out Wordpress is both challenging and fun.

My winter break begins on December 24th. I will literally be jogging to the bus stop to catch the airporter bus to Incheon Airport. I'm overnighting in KL and then onto Bali on Christmas Day. I'll be traveling around Bali for a month, and then onto Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai is one of my favorite cities in Asia. I usually spend a couple of months every year hanging out in the city.
